- We only ship within Australia to physical addresses such as houses, apartments or businesses and DO NOT post internationally, to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, etc.
Warranty Policy
All products at are brand new and come with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty (unless otherwise specified). You must retain a copy of your tax invoice and contact the Manufacturer directly if you require warranty service and repairs.
Returns Policy
We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the goods when delivery takes place. If upon delivery you notice an item is damaged, not as described, or faulty, you are required to reject delivery by the driver, to which you will need to contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery.
As the customer, you have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to connect, install or have used.
