We offer standard shipping services across Australia. For Metropolitan deliveries to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Hobart allow 2-4 business days. For Regional deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania allow up to 7-10 business days.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges: To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Techaholic’s returns policy covers items for 30 days from receipt of goods.
We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be sent back for inspection to the return address provided by our team in Queensland. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Products showing signs of wear or damaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
