The new high-tech lunchboxes with Microban® to protect against bacterial odours and stains also feature SuperFoam® insulation and Therma-Flect® radiant barrier interior providing superior cooling to keep your food fridge cold. myCOOLMAN's expandable horizonal lunch box provides double capacity when expanded and up to 6 hours of fridge cold performance. The lunch box includes 2 high performance Ice Walls® that in combination can keep your drinks and food cold up to 6 hours**!
The Ice Walls® fit inside two exterior pockets allowing you to pack lunch the night before, refrigerate it and insert the frozen Ice Walls® in the morning without losing any of the cold by opening the lunch box. The myCOOLMAN lunchbox exterior has a durable, water and stain repellent coating for easy cleaning and an insulated front pocket. The lunch box can be carried either horizontally or vertically by its handles or by the removable, adjustable shoulder strap. The handle also includes a Swing Clip™ that attaches to backpacks for hands free carrying.

Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Please note that delivery times can vary. For Metropolitan areas, delivery time will typically be between 2-5 business days from dispatch. For rural and remote locations delivery time will typically be between 5-10 business days from dispatch.
We deliver Australia-wide, however some remote locations / islands are excluded.
DELIVERY NOTE: Please do not use P.O. Box, parcel collect or Aus Post addresses as most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery.
Return Policy
Please find our Payments and Returns policy below. Please note if a product has been used in anyway, we are unable to accept it for return.
Unopened Products
You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed. This is non-negotiable.
Opened Products
Opened products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed.
All of our products are back by a manufacturers warranty. Each manufacturer’s warranty is different.
