All products are available to be shipped Australia-wide. All orders ship within 2 business days. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Delivery time is between 2 & 10 business days, depending on the delivery location. If no one is available to accept delivery, the card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post collection point.

Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 24 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this.
