1. Please read the user manual carefully before using.
2. Each wire inserted into output channel A or B must connect two pads, and both pads of each wire must be placed on your skin at the same time to ensure that the massager works normally, otherwise it will not work.
3. The massager will automatically shut down after the time you set. For example, if you set a massage time of 60 minutes, it will automatically shut down after 60 minutes of work. You can set the working time from 10 to 60 minutes, if you need to let it work for more than 60 minutes, you can restart it to make it work again.
4. Do NOT touch the massage pads while the massager has been turned on and is working, if you need to operate the pads, please firstly turn off the massager machine.
Please note that deliver to PO BOX address is available for products below 22kg and 1M length. Please make sure you have provided a correct physical address during checkout on products of excessive size.
Our shipping system cannot accept order changes or cancellation after payment is made. You can follow our return policy for more information.
To aim in smooth and speed of delivery, ensure your address is correct during the checkout. With correct information provided, your order is dispatched within 1 business day. Any changes to address after payment made will not be considered.
Please allow 2 to 12 business days for product to arrive. We highly recommend to provide an answerable contact number and email address as we do make call to follow up item delivery status.
Your item will be sent via Australia Post or courier depending on its size and weight.
Return Policy
- If for any reason you’ve changed your mind about any of the products you purchased from us, simply contact us within 30 days to be guided through getting a refund. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. This change of mind return policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
Returned items must be in resalable condition and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. You will need to send the product back on your own cost and there will be an applicable freight fee and 20% restocking fee for change of mind returns. This also applies to orders canceled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change of mind refund. Under no circumstances will we issue the refund before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
- We'll replace item for you if item was lost during transit or the item you received has been damaged during delivery.
- We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for your product. We will repair or replace its
product if, due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified. In no event does this warranty
extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling,
removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident or tampering. In no event shall we’re liable for any indirect,
incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits arising out of or related to this product,or the performance or
breach thereof, even if we have been advised of the possibility thereof. We're liability to customer,if any,shall in
no event exceed the total of the consumer’s purchase price. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in
addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon us.
Warranty
We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA).
The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail within 48hrs of having received their item. We reserve the rights to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
* We will repair the item where possible or send a replacement. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
* All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. Warranty is not transferable beyond original buyer.
* All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
* Delivery docket, buyer details will be required as proof of purchase.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
* Bonus accessory items(such as accessories comes with package for free)
* Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed
* Damage from neglect or careless storage.
* Unauthorised repairs.
