We offer returns or replacements for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Where a product is assessed as having a major fault, customers may choose a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty or returns claims. Returns must be made within a reasonable time frame and products must be returned in accordance with applicable Woolworths Market Plus processes.
