Biostime SN-2 BIO PLUS Ultra Goat Follow-On Formula provides comprehensive nutrition to support growing babies from 6-12 months who are not being breast fed or are mixed feeding. Feeding guide for 6-12 months: 180mL of cooled boiled water with 6 level scoops of powder. Offers 4-5 feeds per day. 1 scoop = 4.3 g. Mix one scoop of powder with 30 mL of water (yields approx. 33.3 mL of formula). This is a general guide only.Preparation:1. Wash hands before preparing the feed.2. Sterilise all the utensils by boiling in water or using an approved steriliser.3. Boil drinking water and allow to cool until lukewarm (40°C).4. Measure the required amount of lukewarm water into a sterilised feeding bottle.5. Use only the enclosed scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Avoid compacting powder.6. Prepare each bottle separately. It is safer to feed immediately after preparation.
Store in a cool dry place and keep container airtight after opening. After opening, use contents within four weeks. If prepared formula is stored prior to use, it must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
NOTE: This product contains milk solids (lactose from milk).
Breast milk is best for babies. Before deciding to use this product, consult your doctor or health worker for advice.
WARNING: Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change the proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill.
