1. Place dry rice in a bowl.
2. Add 1 cup boiling water.
3. Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes. Cooked rice yields 1.5 to 2 cups from a single packet (drain any residual water, if any).
4. Serve with your favourite curry, sauce or stir-fry.
TIP: Alternatively, microwave the dry rice with 1 (or 1.5 cups) of cold water for 5 minutes.
