By default, deliveries are made under Authority to Leave where permitted by the carrier.

Outback GT is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Warranty
Outback GT Automotive Accessories products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use and installation.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or neglect
Damage caused by accidents, exposure to chemicals, or improper cleaning
Fitment issues resulting from incorrect vehicle information provided at checkout
If a product is found to be faulty, Outback GT will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Returns & Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Custom-made, vehicle-specific, or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless required under ACL.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
