Returns & Refunds:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Returned items must be in like-new condition and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed to your original payment method after inspection, with deductions for any missing or damaged parts. Returns are only accepted for products purchased from Backyard Discovery.
