Warranty
All Smash products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll assess and offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. Proof of purchase is required.
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or products that have not been used or cared for as intended.
Returns
Changed your mind? Items purchased from the Smash online store can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (excluding sale items).
To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items remain your responsibility until received and inspected by our team.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us with photos and proof of purchase and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
