Fone Express accepts change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging included and suitable for resale. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note a 10% restocking fee applies to all approved change of mind returns. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
If the product is faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer a full replacement or full refund, including delivery costs.
Before returning your item, please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account with your order number and product details. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Fone Express, so we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service and keeping proof of postage. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit, as signature on delivery is required. Fone Express cannot assist with items lost during return transit.
