New Zealand Sea Salt, Mineral Salts (Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Citrate), Food Acid (Citric Acid), Natural Flavours, Sweetener (Stevia plant extract)
Mix 1 sachet with 500-1100ml of water and adjust to your preferred level of saltiness. When to Use:
Start your day with 1/2-1 sachet and mix with 500-1000ml. Drink more pre, during and post workout. Aim to always pre-hydrate yourself
