Elyte is a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food. It is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet. Elyte should be used in conjunction with an appropriate physical training or exercise programme.
Ingredients: New Zealand Sea Salt, Mineral Salts (Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Citrate), Food Acid (Citric Acid), Natural Flavours, Sweetener (Stevia plant extract).
Mix 1 sachet with 450-900ml of water and adjust to your preferred level of saltiness. Maximum 1.5 servings per day.
