Serving Suggestion: Can be enjoyed as a delicious health shake with or between meals.
To prepare a 225mL serving:

Pour 190mL of cold water into a glass.

Gradually add 5 level scoops (or 48.6g) of PediaSure while stirring and mix until dissolved.
Note: PediaSure is best served chilled.

Opened Can: Should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place (do NOT refrigerate). Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks.

Prepared PediaSure: Should be used promptly, or covered, refrigerated, and used within 24 hours.
