Our mood lamp range is covered by a 24‑month warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes faults related to lighting, pump function, on/off switch and structural integrity under normal use.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we offer a 30‑day return or replacement. Items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind after the product has been opened and used, but we will always work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure the lamp performs as intended.
