Our Scream Bleeding Ghost Face Mens Costume features an exciting double-layer bleeding mask that allows 'blood' to flow over the mask without a mess. The concealed hand-held heart pump allows the 'blood' to be pumped through the mask for a realistic effect. Blood drips, drizzles and oozes for everyone to see....hours of blood curdling fun!
