Important Preparation Note (Do Not Boil!) Due to the delicate, woody structure of the Bael Pod husk, boiling will cause them to crack. To safely prepare your pods and help them sink, soak them in cold water for at least an hour (or slightly longer) until they are fully saturated and waterlogged.
