Our through the door key drop box features a secure rainproof design with a large flap positioned in front of the delivery slot, ensuring the safety of important mail even during heavy rain. The bottom of the box is equipped with rubber pads and drainage holes to quickly remove any accumulated water, preventing mail from getting damp.
Large Storage Box & Slot
The through the door drop box includes a 12 x 6.1 x 14.1 inch storage box, providing 0.59 cubic feet of space, capable of accommodating various sizes of items. The 1.9 x 10.2 inch (48 x 258 mm) slot is suitable for smartphones, envelopes, and small parcels.

Easy Installation
Our through the wall locking key drop box is designed for doors with a thickness of 1.7 inch/43mm and is compatible with various common door types. The wall-mounted mailbox is easy to install without complex steps, and it comes with detailed installation instructions, making it suitable even for beginners.
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Additional postage charges may apply for rural areas. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require a longer delivery time. You will be given a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched. Please use it to track the delivery status of your order. Pick-up is also welcome at our warehouse based in Mitcham, Victoria. We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used depends on the size and weight of each item as well as the delivery location. Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment. We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia. We aim to dispatch all products within three business days after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply. Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
1. Yarrasupply will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Yarrasupply, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange.
