Preparation Note (Boiling & Squeezing Required): Because Lotus Pods are incredibly lightweight, airy, and buoyant, getting them to sink requires a bit of patience! Boil them for approximately 40 minutes, occasionally using a utensil to hold them completely submerged. Once soft, gently squeeze them under the water to force out the trapped air, followed by an overnight soak to guarantee they remain waterlogged.
