Warranty
Joy Desk products are manufactured to high standards and backed by comprehensive warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Standing desk frames are covered for 10 years, including motorised systems (motors and actuators) and all structural steel components such as legs, feet, and crossbars. Desktops and electronic components are covered for 5 years, including desktop structural integrity and control components such as control boxes, handsets, and power cables. Ergonomic chairs and accessories are covered for 3 years, including gas lifts, casters, and desktop accessories such as cable trays and monitor arms.
The following are not covered: normal wear and tear including scratches, scuffs, or natural ageing of materials; damage resulting from improper assembly, exceeding the stated weight capacity, or unauthorised modifications; and use in unsuitable environments such as outdoors or high-humidity areas.
Please note this is a Parts Replacement Warranty. Joy Desk will supply the necessary replacement parts; labour and installation costs are not included.

Return & Refund Policy
At Joy Desk, we are committed to providing high-quality workspace solutions and ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase, in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.
30-Day Change of Mind Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you change your mind. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging in a sellable condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the item arrives back to our facility securely. Joy Desk does not charge any restocking fees.
Please note we cannot accept change of mind returns for items that have been partially or fully assembled, or for custom-made and clearance products, unless the item is found to be faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us immediately through the Woolworths MarketPlus messaging system. We recommend including clear photos or videos of the issue to help our team facilitate a swift resolution. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure. Joy Desk will cover all return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items.
