Upon approval of a COM return, we will issue a prepaid return label. Items must be returned using this label only - returns sent without our issued label cannot be identified or processed by our warehouse, and no refund can be issued.

A restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee, plus the return shipping cost (confirmed at the time of authorisation), will be deducted from the refund.
