Delivery Information
Brilliant Home Living delivers to almost any area in Australia. We use reputable and reliable third-party delivery companies. We dispatch orders the next business day after the purchase. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 10 business days, depending on your city or region. Please consider any holidays that impact delivery times.
Tracking

Carrier Responsibility

Address Accuracy
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If the address is incorrect and the parcel is not delivered, we won't be responsible for the lost package. We will charge a "return to sender" postage fee in such cases.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Brilliant Home Living is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the order's total amount when a refund is issued. Customers are also responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
Incorrect Address or Uncollected Parcel
If an incorrect address is provided or the parcel is not collected from Auspost, resulting in a "Return to Sender," a fee for the return postage will be charged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective items, please provide a photo or video as proof.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges if the item is unopened or brand-new. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately. Customers must pay for the postage or may drop off the item at our warehouse in person.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
