If Electronics Boutique Australia Pty Ltd. (“EB Games” or “we”) has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, EB Games cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by EB Games, the manufacturer or their service agent. EB Games will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
