No. RapidChill Technology freezes the liquid directly, so no ice is needed.

How long does it take?

Drinks take 15 to 60 minutes, depending on ingredients, volume and starting temperature.

Can I make sugar-free drinks?

Sugar-free recipes will not slush properly on their own. Add a sugar substitute, such as sugar syrup, to the recipe.

Will the vessel stain?

Staining of the vessel may occur with coloured drinks or liquids.

Is it dishwasher safe?

The parts are dishwasher-safe. A one-touch rinse program also cleans the machine between different drinks.
