This product is sold by weight, not volume. Product will settle over time. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap ring or seal under cap is broken or missing.
HOW: Serve Size=3g (1 level metric teaspoon). Adults: Add 3g (1 level metric teaspoon) to your favourite beverage or simply prepare in 200ml water. Stir well and consume immediately. For optimal results drink plenty of water throughout the day.WHEN: Take 3g (1 level metric teaspoon) daily, ideally before or after exercise. To support memory recall**: Take 6g (2 level metric teaspoons) daily.
