How To Use

1. Fill the Nibble Tray compartments with breast milk, pureed food, or other soft foods.
2. Place the tray in the freezer until the contents are frozen solid.
3. When ready to use, pop a frozen portion out of the tray.
4. Place the frozen portion into the silicone feeder pouch.
5. Assemble the feeder and seal it tightly before giving it to your baby.
