On training days, take 1 heaped scoop with 295 mL (10 oz) of cold water 10 mins before exercise. Do not consume after 5pm. On non-training days, take 1 scoop with 295 mL (10 oz) of cold water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Avoid eating other foods or drinking a protein shake within 20 minutes after consuming OxyShred Ultra Concentration. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY.
Store out of sunlight in a cool, dry place. Consume within 30 days of opening.
