Our memory foam filling is newly produced and cut into large grains with a signature hexagonal cross-section, and we guarantee that no leftover bits or pieces-like a reused bag of beans-are used in the filling. Marlow bean bag beans are available in three different package sizes-2.3 kg, 4.5 kg, and 9 kg-which are shipped compressed in vacuum bags and expand to approximately 65L, 130L, and 255L respectively. Returns Policy

We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before being sent back.

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, unless the product description states a different return period (for example, our 100-night mattress trial).

• For change of mind returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancelling an order in transit will be treated as a change of mind return.
