Returns Policy
- Under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not have to give a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about a product. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by Consumer Guarantees.

Address Change
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us, you will be subject to a return to sender fee if we are unable to change the details before despatch, and a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight).
