All parcels will be dispatched through Australia Post. If no one is home it will be carded for a collection at the local post office with a signature and ID.
Parcels are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours

If you are unable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees will apply.
Your satisfaction is our first priority at In 2 Linen.If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will happily exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase providing:
· you have proof of purchase;
· the item has not been opened;
· the item is in saleable condition;
· the item is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
· the item is not a quilt, underblanket, underlay, mattress topper, mattress protector or pillow
We do not give any refunds for change of mind purchases, exchange only.
Due to Government Health Regulations white goods, which include Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays etc are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases.
Kindly note that management reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened.
