Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
Our Spring Pivot Arm features a 3.8mm heavy-duty spring incorporated into the Pivot Arms to provide excellent fabric tension even with awning widths up to 4.5 meters.
The UV-stabilised 5-sided clamp secures the arms to the 5-sided tube.
All Pivot Arm Awnings have an arm projection of half the blind height.
For instance, a window with a height of 1800mm will have 900mm arms, meaning that when the awning is halfway down, the arms will project approximately 900mm away from the wall.
