Espresso Machine

Fill portafilter with Not Coffee Original (same amount as you would regular coffee). Don't overfill as Not Coffee swells during brewing. Tap firmly and brew into your cup. For added strength press brew button again for a second round of extraction.

Moka (Caffettiera) / Italian Stovetop Espresso Maker

Fill filter with Not Coffee Original, do not overfill or press. Add water to the bottom chamber and brew like regular coffee. Pour desired amount into cup, adjust strength based on personal taste.

French Press

Add 1-2 tbsp to 3-cup pots, 3-4 tbsp to 8-cup pot, 5-6 tbsp to 12-cup pot. Pour in boiling water. Let seep for 5 minutes before pressing the plunger down. Pour desired amount into cup, adjust strength to taste.
