The high-performance fabric delivers UPF 80+ protection and is fully waterproof, giving you reliable shade and shelter year-round. It's also easily removable, so you can clean or maintain it without hassle-keeping your setup looking sharp over time.
Each umbrella is made to order, with a dispatch time of approximately two weeks from the date of purchase-ensuring every umbrella meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

Warranty & Returns Policy
At EzyHold, we stand by the quality and strength of our Australian-made mounting systems. This policy outlines your rights regarding change of mind returns and your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. 30-Day Change of Mind Policy
We understand that project requirements can change. If you decide you no longer need your EzyHold product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking or administration fees for returns.
Condition: Items must be in original, resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Hardware must not have been installed or show signs of mounting (such as screw marks or adhesive residue).
Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our Melbourne warehouse.
Exclusions: This policy does not apply to custom-manufactured items or specially modified poles.
2. Consumer Guarantees & Faulty Items
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are separate and distinct from our Change of Mind policy.
Your Rights: If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. A major failure occurs if the item:
Is unsafe.
Is significantly different from the description or sample.
Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and cannot be easily fixed.
Is fundamentally unfit for its common purpose.
No Strict Deadlines for Faults: We do not impose a "deadline" or "window" for reporting damaged, faulty, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) products. We assess every claim individually based on the nature of the product, its expected lifespan, and the nature of the fault.
Return Shipping for Faults: If a product is found to be faulty, damaged, or DOA, EzyHold will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for a courier collection at no cost to you.
3. How to Process a Return
To initiate a Change of Mind Return:
Ensure it is within 30 days of delivery.
Contact us with your order number.
Once confirmed, ship the item to our designated return address. We recommend using a tracked service.
To report a Product Issue or Fault:
Contact as soon as you identify an issue.
Please provide your order details and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
We will assess the claim and, where a fault is confirmed, provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the ACCC guidelines.
