To be eligible for a refund due to dissatisfaction, no more than 10% of the product may be used (for example, no more than 3 strips from a pack of 30). This allows customers to trial the product with confidence while maintaining hygiene standards.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition unless deemed faulty. Refunds are processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.

If you believe you have received a faulty or defective product, please contact our support team with photos and order details. Faulty items may be replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
