Made from durable, water-resistant fabric, all three sizes are built for regular use and can be folded flat for convenient storage when not in use.
Size Differences:
- Elements Tote (S) - 9L: A compact option for light daily carry. Suitable for essentials, with a semi-padded sleeve that fits an 11-inch notebook or iPad Pro.
- Elements Tote (M): A versatile mid-size tote for commuting and everyday use. Features a roomy main compartment, 4 internal sleeves and 2 expandable bottle sleeves.
- Elements Tote (L) - 20L: The largest size in the range, designed for bigger loads, travel or weekend use. Includes a semi-padded sleeve that fits a 16-inch notebook or laptop.

Delivery Information
All orders are shipped directly from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery times vary by location:
Metro areas: 2–4 business days
Regional areas: 3–6 business days
Remote areas: May take longer depending on courier schedules

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply

Change of Mind Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will arrange one of the following resolutions, as per our policy:
Refund to your original payment method
Store Credit for use on future purchases
Exchange for another product of equal value (subject to availability)

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with packaging and all accessories included

Warranty Claims
All ALPAKA products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Some products may carry an extended warranty, which will be specified on the product page.
In addition, ALPAKA offers a Lifetime Warranty on zippers and hardware, reflecting our commitment to durability and long-term reliability.
If your product has a fault covered by warranty, please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account to lodge a claim. Once assessed and approved, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
Repair of the item where possible
Replacement of the item with the same or equivalent model
Refund if a repair or replacement is not possible
