Warranty and Return Details
Deal Storm offers a 30-day return policy on eligible items from the date of delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Full-priced items may be returned within 30 days if unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
Clearance/sale items and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, opened food) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Postage costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent using a trackable service.
Deal Storm does not accept responsibility for return items until they are received at our warehouse.
Where items are returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition, a partial refund may be issued to reflect loss in value or handling costs.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Deal Storm will provide a refund, replacement, or repair as required and will cover return shipping costs for these items.
Warranty Claims
Most products sold by Deal Storm are supported by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering manufacturing faults. Some products may have a different warranty period; please refer to the individual product description for details.
If an issue arises, customers must contact us via their Woolworths MarketPlus account to lodge a warranty claim. All claims are subject to assessment.
