Cyrus Rugs products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, lack of appropriate care, or modifications are not covered.

Returns (Change of Mind – Online Orders)

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy for online purchases.

To be eligible:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging

• A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) must be obtained before returning the item

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
