All goods that are faulty or damaged will be assessed case by case basis and will do our best to provide resolution to the customers.

All goods can be returned to origin within 30 days due to change of mind.

In the event if there is any damage in transit, each case will be assessed individually, and we will do our best to resolve the issue and offer replacement to the customer if required.

If products are for outdoor use, the company is not responsible to cover any warranty on the product as it is difficult to gauge fee use or miss use of the product.
