We have a strict return policy as all our products are non returnable once opened, used, or tampered with to prevent health risks like bacterial contamination, infections, or allergic reactions for future users.

To successfully return your order, your items must meet the following rules:
Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn and in the original unopened packaging.
Fabric products must not contain any smells, perfume, pet etc.
Items that have been used, washed or worn or are not in their original undamaged, untampered seal packaging may be rejected.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.
