We estimate most deliveries to take 7 - 14 business days for standard post to arrive once processed. For express post they take 1 - 4 business days for metropolitan areas and longer elsewhere. Please allow extra time for public holidays, busy periods and adverse weather events. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been packed. Please check tracking information first and contact us if you need further support with the Australia Post delivery.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy if the product is not opened or used.
If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 6 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this.
