The richly pigmented LINER BOND acts as a Liquid Eyeliner and Lash Glue in one, allowing effortless and neat application of False Lashes. The super fine felt tip applies the black liquid formula smoothly and evenly so Lashes adhere directly to the liner without the need for messy glue or magnets.
LINER BOND INGREDIENTS: Aqua (Water), Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol. MAY CONTAIN (+/-): Black 2 (CI 77266).

Shake product well before use. Apply a generous amount of formula along the upper lash line. Allow formula to become slightly tacky before applying the lashes. Ensure lashes are cut to size and apply lashes to the liner, pressing the lash band firmly into place to achieve long-lasting hold. Use eye makeup remover to take off LINER BOND.
