Superior ingredients in, superior liquid out; that's how it goes at Vestal. That's why only the best Asterix, Innovator and Russett Burbank Potatoes are blended to make our crafted potato vodka. Then, we distil once in a vintage 26-plate column still and filter once through charcoal. On the nose, you'll detect elegant floral notes reminiscent of red apple skins. The palate will initially celebrate traces of lime and kiwi, followed by the pleasant surprise of mint choc-chip ice cream (yes, seriously). So, let's talk finish: It's pleasantly long with delightful lingering notes of vanilla.Bottom line this is a top-quality everyday vodka that can be enjoyed neat or mixed in a cocktail, with something pretty unique; actual flavour.
