
Soft & fluffy naans made using a traditional Indian family recipe with Australian wheat & yoghurt. Stone-baked until lightly charred & hand-finished with a brush of ghee. We made these fluffy naans using a traditional Indian recipe. Wheat flour is whisked with yoghurt before the dough is kneaded, rested & baked in a stone oven until lightly charred. Once baked, it's hand-brushed with ghee for a fragrant finish.
