Use daily in the shower or bath. Apply desired amount of Mageze magnesium body wash to wet skin and lightly massage. Rinse well and gently pat skin dry. Magnesium, when used regularly on the skin may relieve joint pain, prevent muscular cramps and spasms, promote relaxation as well as having anti-aging benefits. External use only.
