Cooking Directions: 1. Empty soup mix into a saucepan with 670ml of cold water, mix well. 2. Bring to the boil, stirring. 3. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For a tasty twist cook soup following packet directions then stir in 60g roughly chopped baby spinach until just wilted. Serve topped with some crumbled reduced fat feta and toasted pepita seeds.
