Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) herb juice dry 116.67mg (equiv. to herb fresh 5.25g); Zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 12mg; Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 250mg; Salix alba (White Willow) stem bark ext. dry conc. 64.52mg (equiv. to stem bark dry 1g); Sambucus nigra (elderberry) fruit ext. dry conc. 30mg (equiv. to fresh fruit 1.5g); Allium sativum (Garlic) bulb ext. dry conc. 50mg (equiv. to bulb dry 1g).

Cold & Flu Symptoms: It is important to begin at the first sign of cold or flu symptoms. Adults: Take 1 soft capsule 4 times a day with food. Immune Support: Adults: Take 1 soft capsule per day to support immune system health and function. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
