Add blend to 180mL water. Stir and leave to absorb for 15-20 minutes. Add to your favourite recipe.

Step 1: Add Plant Nutrition Butter Chickpea to a bowl with 180mL water. Stir and leave to absorb for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the Butter Chickpea mix and stir until heated through.
Step 3: Add Chickpeas and Coconut Milk and stir to combine. Simmer until desired consistency.
Step 4: Serve over rice with a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
