Our multi - award winning, fresh BANNISTER DOWNS All Lite Milk has only .99% fat, yet still provides a beautiful pure flavour. It is made daily on our Northcliffe farm from our own dairy herd who roam freely with an abundance of green pasture. We use minimal pasteurisation techniques on a low temperature for a little longer which yields highly nutritious milk that also froths beautifully. It comes in a unique, eco-friendly, lightweight pouch that is made of 35% chalk, using less plastic and saves energy during it's whole life cycle.
