Our Free & Lo Muesli was developed in consultation with allergy dietitians and includes preservative free pear, considered to be a low allergy dried fruit.

The golden syrup we dry our muesli in to make it naturally tasty is also a low allergy sweeter, so it's a perfect way to start your day, and maintain a healthy and balanced diet.

To serve Cold just add milk. Some people like to add milk, microwave to soften, then add more cold milk. To serve Hot just add water and microwave for 1 minute, then let stand for 1 minute.
